Grass In South Texas?

Hi There! I was wondering what this type of grass is called. I live in South Texas. San Antonio to be exact. And there's a place we go to eat that has this beautiful thin grass always growing. I want it for my own lawn. It looks a very light green color. Almost lime. Very thin. Looks very nice when cut. Looks super soft! And I'm not really sure what else I can say about it.... Can some one give me the name please?

2. I, too, would ask them. It sounds like the Bermuda grass that my parents have. I have St. Augustine but am really wishing I had gone w/ bermuda.
3. Creeping red fescue? Buffalo grass is the best for your climate.
