How much does a lawn mowing service company charge?

I'm looking to get my grass cut twice a month, but how much do these lawn mowing companies charge? an estimate, 30/mo 40/mo or more?

1. The going rate in my city is about $60.00 a month..........
2. A normal sized residential lot will run between $25.00 to $35.00 per week.We never take a job that wants it cut every two weeks.It's to much work.We trim every week and edge every other week.

4. My yard man charges $20 a trip, but last year I gave him a raise to $25, without him asking or me telling him, and this year to $30. He mows & edges, and brings a helper when he needs one. He comes every other week during the winter (I live where the lawn needs tending year-round) and every week Spring thru Fall. I pay him more to do extra jobs, like clearing a planting bed, trimming the hedge, cleaning the roof... Find someone you like, gain their loyalty - and give them a chance to gain yours - your yard will have good vibes that nurture you for years!
5. In Dallas, its about $35.00 per week. Trim, prune, are extra. Lawn services like Scott's or Tru-Green are $50.00 per application, 8 app per year. They handle all fert, weed control. pre-emergent, etc. Most lawn mower crews are not licensed to apply anything other than granular fertilizer.
