Where can you buy giant pumpkin leaf bags?

I have looked at Home Depot, KMart, Dollar Stores, Grocery Stores, anyone know what store carries them? I live in the DC area, someone should have them, I see them on people's lawns...my daughter wants us to have some! Thanks!

2. Try building supply stores or hardware store.
3. Try a Nursery and garden store. My Walmart has them.
