Who is the best in lawn care, lanscaping and irrigation Do you know that you are the best in this field? Why? Would you like to go after twenty thousand clients? If you do, what is that you think that you have what's it take to go after this business? Fund? Knowledge in technical? Business knowledge? Why you are better than anybody else? Would you willing to put yourself a try? Tract record? Business success story in general?

1. This industry is highly localized by small companies. It is an industry that doesn't have large economies of scale that would allow a big player, say "Lawn Depot" to compete effectively with the little guys. As a result, I wouldn't expect to see any mega-national-lawncare companies being publicly traded in the near future. The little guys would crush them to bits with their low overhead and (frequently illegally) low labor costs. -->Adam
2. The industry here is quite localized in mircoenterprises. There cannot be a competitive advantage in terms of reduction in costs by producing huge output. There is just no market, technical and financial feasibility to operate in a grand scale in this particular industry.
