I need some information on hydroseeding my lawn.?

I am looking to hydroseed my front and back yard. I need to know what I need to to do to the ground before I can hydroseed. Do I need to level it? Do I need to make it bare before they can spary? Any information would be helpful. I live in Utah if that helps.

1. Level to the slope of the land and free of lumps and clods. Your 2nd question is puzzling. If you have an established lawn, why are you seeding? If it's full of weeds and such, by all means, clear off as much as possible.
