Does anyone have experience w/ the "Canada Green" grass seed advertised on TV and in the Sunday paper ?

Supposedly this "amazing new grass seed mixture guarantees you a lush, green lawn in all four seasons, in every climate!" And requires no preparation, with growth in 5 days including in impossible spots, used by golf courses, and promises "beautiful grass that stays green year-round, from Florida to Alaska" Is all of this true - please share your experience and knowledge of this product.
