What causes perfectly round green circles in the lawns?

6. If you have a septic tank, it could be water from the drain field causing the grass to receive more water and nutrients than the surrounding grass.
7. It could be from dogs using your yard as a bathroom, or it they are fairly large, they are probably what are called fairy circles. It is a fungus, and during a wet period, you are likely to see mushrooms at the outer edges of it.
