I own a lawn care business how can i get more customers?

I would love too get more grass too cut please help me with my lawn care business

1. Your in the wrong business my friend. Everyone is the lawn care business. I'm 16 and my friend have lawn care businesses. But, you could try placing signs, and fliers. One of my friends has a contract or agreement with a realtor. The realtor tells him what houses to mow, and then he has a certain amount of time to get it done. You could look into that.
2. You simply must offer more then anyone else. I disagree you are in the wrong business. Yes there is a lot of competition but that's relative to any business. How about positioning yourself different then anyone else. Your Headline could be something like: "I'll come cut your lawn, and you can be assured that you will never know we were there, everything will be put back exactly as when we came. and when we are done we will sweep off your walks, and clean any two windows of your choice at no extra charge" The point is to think of a way to set yourself apart from others and you will have NO competitiion. Once you figure this out then put this langauge into your flyers etc.. and start beating on doors. Good luck
3. There are many ways to increase your lawn care business but one main way that I have managed to do so is through door hangers and fliers. These bads boys can really work a treat. If done right you can get sales flooding out your ears. (Not literally of course.) However, just about everyone I know does them wrong. They put some crappy old picture in the background and then write there boring old business name. I think you know what comes next. Thats right their phone number followed by some lame as slogan such "you grow it, We mow it." Or even worse "We provide free quotes." Big deal. So does everybody. So how do you do your door hangers the right way to increase lawn care sales? Simple. Give them an incredible offer with a reason for them to call you quickly or else they will miss out. Your business name and details are simply written down the botton in relatively small print. It is like a complete "NO BRAINER," yet almost nobody does it.
