Can a 13 year old Work on a fishing boat in the US?

Okay, so I really need the money. I am required to get it. I can't do things like babysitting and mowing Lawns because they are illegal. So can a 13 year old work on a fishing boat in the US? @SETI The Child Labor Laws shouldn't apply to me scince I am required tpo get the job.
