How often do people talk to their lawn care person/people most months? (those who use lawn care service)?
and why? what is often said and is it mostly about getting paid or paying for past cuttings etc? is this kind of a hassle? and if just started with a new customer..is the first month usually normal to talk several times about how you want the lawn cut,,how much, how to get paid etc? anything can explain appreciated.

- Usually it's about the work that wants/needs to be done and the cost. I don't think it would be a hassle to let it be known what was going to be done and how much has to come out of my pocket for the work. As far as how often it's whenever we need something done so it varies really.
- I chat to my customers often. Some like their gardens cut very short, which I am not in favour off. You just get to know the customers and know what is acceptable and what way they like their garden cut. I refuse to cut the grass too short for various reasons if they don't like it they can employ someone else.
