How do I get foreclosed lawns to mow?

I live in Madison County Illinois and I've recently started mowing lawns for spare cash. I'm looking to get some foreclosed properties or vacant homes to mow. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

1. You would have to deal with local realtors since they handle the sales. You must be a registered business with a Federal EIN number and bonded plus have liability insurance and workman's comp
2. I would imagine the town/city hall may be responsible for awarding contracts for forclosed houses as they come up and it is likely to be a bidding system. They will then bill the bank or owner for mowing the forclosed/derelict homes lawn.
