how do I take care of my new lawn?

I have a small front yard. Last year I had a landscaper come in and place some sod down. I was very happy with it. Now the snow has melted and it's a new year. How do I keep it healthy? What products do I use?

1. easy: labor day and memorial day put down Scott's fertilizer plus halts that's it expect to cut more grass though
2. Don't let the lawn dry out use some weed and feed a granular additive purchased at any local garden store. And only mow to a three inch height. This will promote good root growth.
3. Regular watering regimen combined with proper fertilization and weed control.
