How do i get organized with a Lawn care business?

This is going to be our second year with our small Lawn care/landscaping company, and i am in charge of the office work... My question is how do i get organized with the files,etc,etc... Any good tips,regarding anything,would be nice!

1. i am amazed you have that much work, congrats go to the library and get books on small biz operations and entrepreneurship luck to you u need invoices, a check acceptance policy [accepting or rejecting[, billing policies, [you do or do not bill] etc AND a biz plan!!!!!
