What is the best type of grass seed to plant right now in San Diego County?

I need a lawn for a party we are throwing on 2-12 and can not afford sod. I have amended top soil and have tilled the dirt already. I just need to know what grass grows well in the winter and sprouts quick.....I am running out of time! THANKS
