Ohio lawn care question - Kentucky Blue Grass?

Hello, I overseeded in early October, and it does not appear that is has taken, can I overseed now in late November and allow the seed to set and grow in the spring? PH is 6.2, I am adding lime and a winterizer. The lawn has been scalped and the yard is clear of leaves.

1. 6.2 ph within range no more lime takes up to 28 days to germinate your seed should have been sown late summer to establish before winter. Scalping not good wait till next year spring not the best time but will be best option rather than do now.
