Kentucky blue grass germaination after 19 days? I see patchy growth where the other variety of seed has grown.?

I live in the North East and the weather is great for growing grass, and I have kept the area moist the entire time. Should I keep waiting or add more seed?

1. Grass seed will not germinate if the ground temperature is lower than 65. Save your money and start in the spring when the ground is warm, or get sod.
2. Bluegrass typically can take 3 weeks to germinate. Keep it moist, and have patience.
