How do I kill Fescue grass without killing my Kentucky bluegrass?

I have fescue growing in my lawn that used to be all Kentucky bluegrass. In the last year I have noticed that I now have fescue grass starting to grow in my lawn. How do I get rid of the fescue grass without hurting the Kentucky bluegrass.

1. Only by spot-killing or digging out (or both) the fescue and re-seeding with bluegrass. There is no chemical that will kill fescue but not damage bluegrass - if that's what your question was.
