I'm in HOT Arizona, and wanted to know what is the best grass?

planning on reseeding in the fall months, after the 115 temp is gone... what is the best grass seed to use in Arizona?? Bermuda?? I would like to go cheap, but I'm willing to spend a little more... ??Thanks!

1. Any grass recommended for AZ is good but if you don't have a sprinkler system going on regularly then you're wasting your time planting grass.
