What type of conifers can survive in the climate where temperatures can reach 40degrees Celsius and how are neem trees in lawns and do they harm the plant around them?

1. There aren't a lot of trees that put up with those temperatures on a constant basis, but the pines of the SE United States, including loblolly(Pinus taeda), longleaf (P. palustris), slash pine (P. elliottii) and pond pine (P. serotina), among others, can stand it.
