Im looking into starting a lawn care and basic yard debris clean up business, and wanted some tips and tricks on how to make it sucessful?

I am sure this is a very competitive industry, so find out what kind of competitive advantages they have. Find out what you can do better than your competition (Pricing? Service?, Etc.).
