what the best type of grass seed for new lawn on long island, ny?

Grass is for a small lot and will be exposed to 2 small dogs, foot traffic, and salt air/water. House is located on a canal and receives plenty of sun. I was thinking of using a blend of kentucky blue grass, rye and fescue. Looking for a hardy, green, full lawn with minimal maintenance. Thanks.
