What should I include on a good lawn mowing flyer?

This summer me and my friend wanted to start a lawn mowing business, we both have experience but we need help with what to put on the flyer. Also, what is a good price??

1. you first say something like,name of business,mine is mike's home and landscape service. i charge about $10.00 a yard once a week or as needed. that's trim and mow only, anything else is extra. ask them what they want you to do? write the clients name address and phone number on a index card also with what was promised, this way you have it in writing and will remember to do all that was asked. also promise if the sprinkler heads go bad that they buy the heads,but you will fix it for them, any thing more is extra. once you everthing in writing? have them sign and give a copy to them.. a good landscaper will make a lot of money if he/she are good to there clients.
