What type of grass does Disney use?

What type of grass does Disney use in its parks/properties? The grass is so soft and the blades are very thin. I was at Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge and saw the grass out front of their hotel, but Im sure its on all their properties. I live in Central Florida and would like to have this type of grass in my yard.
