What type of grass can I feed my guinea pigs?

I am growing some grass for my guinea pigs and I do not know what type of grass to grow for them. Please tell me a type of grass that you KNOW is safe for guinea pigs. Be specific.

2. We buy both Alfalfa grass for our Guinea Pigs and when we put them in the garden, they eat the grass there (just standard lawn grass.)
