where can i find liquid bamboo fertilizer?

i do not really want to buy the fertilizer online. I would like to see if there are any local shops that sell bamboo plants and fertilizer. I am located near Harrisburg, PA.

2. Most garden centers and nurseries will sell liquid houseplant fertilizer. My preference is fish emulsion diluted 1/2 T. per gallon. It is smelly at first but the smell will go away.
