Process of cleaning up liquid fertilizer spill in a river?
So i have a project. And I'm stumped on what the process would be. So I'm asking for help. What would be the process of clean up a large liquid fertilizer spill in a river? In this case its the Little Rouge River. So far i have you would have to hire a crew to help clean it up. :P THANKS FOR THE HELP :D

- Unless the stuff is in a non-water soluble form, you would have a miserable time of recovering it, of "cleaning" the spill once it reaches a water body. Immediate respose would be containment, isolate the spilled material and prevent it from reaching the water body to the extent possible. Then recover what you managed to retain (pump it out). I don't see what else one could really do. Hope for dilution in the water body to mitigate any potential impact. Doesn't do much good to close the barn doors after the cows are gone.
