fertilzer for indoor palm tree?

im having some trouble fing a fertilizer for my two indoor palm trees. If any one could help id really appreciate it. The only one i found is scotts palm fertilizer but is isnt recommended for indoor/container plants.

1. Regular liquid fertilizer diluted to 1/3 of the outdoor strength. Drainage is more important, so you don't build up salts in the container. Palms also need manganese (not magnesium) to prevent frizzletop. The Scotts/MiracleGrow Citrus spikes have the same minor nutrients that palms need.
