Is it possible to buy superphosphate triple at hardware stores?

Such as bunnings warehouse, I know they have a plant and fertiliser section. Are most of the fertilisers sold already made up or can you buy the individual components such as urea and superphosphate triple?

1. Triple superphosphate (0-45-0) by weight can be substituted by a high phosphourous fertilizer i.e. 18-24-12 with double the weight applied. OR 0-15-0 triple the weight . Both of these examples are fairly common and should be available at Lowe's / Wal-Mart. Note in the first case you would also be adding Nitrogen & Potassium. You may not want to add these depending on your application. A seed specialty store may also have Triple Phos.(0-45-0) Check yellow pages under seeds.
