What is the best grass type wall in Pokemon Diamond?

I have heard of a Venusaur doing the job, but I don't have FireRed or LeafGreen currently as I misplace it many times, leading to the fact that I can't find it anymore. I want to know: are there other grass Pokemon that can withstand blows besides Venusaur or other starters?

2. Not many grass pokemon can work as walls particually well, with the exception of venusaur. Any pokemon with a decent defence that can learn double team and toxic will work to a certain extent as a wall. I would recommend Leafeon as it has the highest defence on a grss type. Just teach it double team (and use this like 5 timesat the beggining) and then use toxic. The other moves don't really matter.
