Fertilizer ruined?

I left a bag of fertilizer (not weed n feed, just lawn food) outside all winter in Colorado where It got quite cold this year. Can I use it anyway or should I go and buy a fresh bag?

1. Well in my opinion Shitt is Shitt. There is no such thing as a fresh bag unless u r following a cow or chicken around with a bag on its assssss. To answer ur ?, it will be just fine to use the current bag u got now, unless u wanna buy a new one, then it's totaly up to u. Good luck and Have fun.
2. If it's still granular, yes. If it's caked into a solid mass, you might be able to dissolve it in warm water and use something like a Hoze-on proportioner to apply it. You've probably lost at least some of the nitrogen content if it's wet.
