The Grass Doctor

My neighbor watches us whenever we go outside from playing with the dog to hanging out washing What can i do?

When ever me or my partner goes outside our neighbor watches us. We can be playing with the dog, mowing the lawn, or hanging out washing they still watch us. Is this legal? Is there anything we can do about it? We think they may also be contacting the landlord privately and telling them stuff about us when we rent through a real estate agent. They are senior citizens and we are in our early 20's. We have also signed in to a 12m contract?

  1. thats just plain creepy. do they just stay on there front porch or watch through a window? and its legal just creepy if your just renting i would move.
  2. move to marsss. he will neverr findd outt. but seriously i would consider movingg far far away from dat rapist
  3. call el police on his creeper butt
  4. unfortunately it is legal. wATCHING IS NOT FORBIDDEN BY THE LAW. but you can apply to the police telling that you are suspecting that your neighbor can hurt you as their behaviour is very weird and unusal. maybe they aresuspecting you in something and that is why thy are watching you. but after the police speaking there is a chance that they will watch you much less try it
  5. you could probably file a complaint to the police but unless he's harming you in same way or making inappropriate comments i doubt there is anything the police will do about it. sorry to say. You should sit there and watch him one day, see how he likes it.
  6. If they flash or remove clothes then call the cops. I would keep my kids inside never out alone and keep my doors locked run a background check on him. I live in a state that has open records I can look up anything that you have ever done in the courts.
  7. Creepy, yes. Illegal, no. The easiest way to deal with this would simply be to go to your neighbor and tell them that you are uncomfortable with them watching you every time you are outside. If that doesn't work then bring up the concern with your landlord and ask them if they would be willing to put up a privacy fence at least in the backyard. If they aren't, seek a new place to rent.
