1. I considered buying a house in this area a few years ago. The houses looked lovely on the net.......when i went to view the house i was so taken aback by the estate. It was a living disgrace. Almost every third house was bored up and the roads where filthy. Sorry if i am the barer of bad news but you did want honesty.
