  1. Grass? No not grass, but aquatic plants, yes. Im guessing you have no idea what Co2 is so ill tell you what dosnt need it. If your looking for a grassy plant, try java moss, if your looking for a normal up right plant, java fern
  2. yeah
  3. Yes, plant the one that cost like $3, the light whitish green plant they has only leafs, these are ok.
  4. no any plants you put in your tank must be true aquatic plants not like the plants you find at wal-mart and other large box stores
  5. If by grass you mean aquatic type grass, then yes that and any pretty much any other aquatic plants are fine. Your platys will suck on live plants just like anything else and will not damage them.
  6. Dwarf Hairgrass ("'\(o.o)/"')
  7. Hairgrass and Dwarf Hairgrass are the only plants with grass in their name that would work, but Microsword and Chain Sword would work just as well. Unfortunately, all but Chain Sword require very strong lighting, and generally, CO2 injection as well. Many grasses sold in pet stores, like Mondo Grass, will quickly rot underwater leaving you with massive ammonia issues.
