Best Grass seed that dosen't need too much maintenance?

My hubby and I are gonna totally re-do our yard. What is the nicest grass seed that dosen't require too much time and effort. And not too expensive? There are SO many kinds out there!!! LOL!! "Goat" aka Cheech I need some more answers on this one. I live in Mo....so that should help with more info....

3. It depends on your location, If you plan to seed the area then you would do best with a seed blend, it should include ,turf type tall fescue,bluegrass, and some perennial rye grass.Without knowing the exact condition/location this would be a start.
