What is the best grass seed for mid-atlantic states?

I will be seeding a new yard with no shade in the Baltimore, MD area.

1. You need bermuda grass.
2. Check with your local landscape supplier or garden center. IMO the best seed is not sold at Home Depot or Lowes. There are many different types that are the best for specific uses and grow in your area. Normally a mixture like fescue & bluegrass will do the trick. I always use mixtures since if one does not do well the others possibly will.
