Do you need any special permits to start a lawn care business in KY?

I'm thinking of starting a lawn care company in my home town of Louisville, Ky and was wondering if there are any special permits/licenses that are needed in addition to the usual business licenses from the state and county. Thanks in advance.

1. it will depend on if you are going to be fertilizing or not. if you are going to be using chemical fertilizer then you will need a permit to use it. other then that just the normal license from city or state
