I planted seeds of kentucky blue grass last week, When can i expect to see it germinating.?

I live in cleveland, ohio and the weather is kind of cool now, how many times i need to put the water over the lawn and do i need to put the fertilizers now or next year. Please reply Sunny

1. next spring, no water, next year on fertilizers
2. When we lived in Denver, we planted blue grass in the fall and kept it moist until the first snow. In the spring when the snow melted we had green grass. We fertilized then.
