What is Life?

What is life? It is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset. Crowfoot, Blackfoot warrior and orator 1830 - 1890

5. After reading Way of the Peaceful Warrior, I have come to realize that life is a pretty humorous thing, and that we ALL (well, most of us) take life too seriously...
6. Life is meant for self realization and to know ones eternal relationship with God also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, Rama, etc. Anything but coming to God Consciousness is of the illusory energy of God.
7. 'Tell me, what is my life without your love Tell me, who am I without you by my side' The love dear George is referring to is the love of God. The purpose of life is God-realisation and to return home, away from this material misery. Through loving devotion (bhakti) you too can get out this place and back to Godhead. Hare Krsna!
8. Life, (which can come to include all matter, for elementally, we are made of the basic stuff of the universe), is God's energy, manifest.
