what is the best pest control for florida lawns?

put down ortho 2 wks ago and its suppose to last 3 months, i now have the biggest ants i have ever seen in my life. what is good for fla lawns and lasts long?

1. Granules? I never found them to be very effective. All the good stuff has been banned. Ask the garden department at Home Depot or Lowes. Or, ask a neighbor who has a nice looking yard.
2. same prob i suffered and granules working for me so i think you can use that hope that will work for you also...
