Anyone familiar w/ d Celebrate Freedom concert in Dallas.What time is Kirk Franklin & Jeremy Camp playing.?

This would be my first time going, any tips... Can i take my own food? Lawn Chair or blanket or will they have seating there, From what time to what time will it be open? thank you so much in advance.
