Who should i contact to mow lawns at forclosed homes in Illinois?

I am trying to figure out who to call or email or see to get contracts to cut the lawns at all these homes that have no one living in them in my area. I tried emailing the towns and im not getting too far does anyone have any ideas?

1. If you are in a soft market, one where there's not much demand, they may let those things sit for months! If there are no buyers, the banks won't rush to get the houses cleaned up. Usually the banks and/or Realtors have certain people they'll use to get the house ready when the market bounces back. Can you do other work besides just lawns? What about general clean-up, repair, or painting, etc. You may want get your business cards/flyers ready. Pretty soon those homes will be listed, and you want to be the first ones the Realtors call.
2. The bank who owns the home would be the ones to contact.
