Do you use liquid or granule fertilizer, which is better?

Yes, for lawn fertilizer.

1. If you're talking lawn -- I find the liquid with a hose easier to see where you've been. You need a spreader for granular and it's difficult to see where you've been. For landscaping I go with the cheapest.
2. Neither is "better". nitrogen is nitrogen. Whichever method you prefer, or is easier for you, is better.
