Can I use Scotts Winterizer fertilizer in the spring?

I have a few bags of it that I would like to use instead of going and buying spring fertilizer. I live in the pacific northwest and it is still cool and wet. What would be the expected results?

1. Sure you can use it. The proportions are not that different from the regular fertilizer. It just has a little less nitrogen.
