Please which is the best Lawn Fertilizer I can use to help my Lawn grow faster and all GREEN.?

Its spring time now and my Lawn is coming up gradually, some parts are brown (looks ugly) and some are green. I was told to use Lawn fertilizer. I am in BC, Canada. Pls does anyone know what I can do to make it looking all green and beautiful.. Will the fertilizer work? Thanks a lot guys

2. Most home owners don´t fertilize near enough. It really doesn´t matter which fertilizer you pick, the grass doesn´t know the difference. Just fertilize. If yoúr grass is greening up, it´s time to help give it a boost coming out of dormancy. Go to Home Depot, Lowes, or whatever nursery you have in Canada and buy a bag. Scott´s and Lesco both make excellent products. Fertilize now, be sure to water it in so you don´t burn the grass you have. Come back in 6 to 8 weeks and do it again. Being in Canada, you need to fertilize 3 to 4 times a year during the growning season. Keep in mind, the more you fertilize, the more you have to mow. Good luck.
