Grass Seeds Help Please?

Who makes the best grass seed. I haven't had very good luck with Scotts

1. Have you had your soil tested? If not, it probably isn't the seed. The soil may be too alkaline or acidic for grass to grow. Do you know what kind of soil you have? Is it clay? Is it sandy? Is it loamy? You would probably have the same result with any other seed you tried. To get a soil test done, contact your county's extension agency. They will tell you what to do.
