So my husband was told that if we were to put down seed on very moist ground in between snow storms that it grows the best. They told us to tear up the ground, and lay the seed right before the next snow fall. That way when it melts again it germinates a lot faster or something. And you don't have to worry about keeping it watered (like you would in the spring time) Does anyone know if this actually works? I'd hate to buy the seed, and waste it if it don't.
