How many people do you think will be interested in my lawn mowing business?

I am starting a lawn mowing business. I plan on distributing fliers to 36 potential customers in a nearby neighborhood. How many of these customers could I expect to purchase at least one mowing?

1. That's a toughie! Give people good service at as low a price as you can. Don't hurt yourself by going too low on the price, but 10% senior citizens and Veterans discounts helped my pool service. Do good work at a decent price, and word of mouth will help you greatly.
2. Economy is tough. A lot of people are doing stuff themselves to save money. Better off going to retired couples who are too old to do anything.
