can i seed if i put scotts fertilizer on my lawn?

1. If it turns green in a few days, you probably did.
2. Yes actually seeding along with fertilizing at the same time is actually a good idea....this will help the growth of the grass seed. I did the same thing in my lawn. I had a few patches of grass I had to regrow and fertilized the spot right after i applied it (along with the rest of the lawn) Your good!
3. just make sure you dont use any weed/crabgrass preventer i.e. step 1 or step 2. Fertilizer mixed with weed control will hinder new seed germination.
