What is the best grass seed for a Minnesota Lake property w/minimal shade?

Currently the lawn is all crab grass and weeds. Only available to water the grass every weekend when we're up there. What kind of grass seed is best?

1. You should put a grass that is native to the state it will be much easier to care for then a commercial grass.
