1. fav grass seed is a mix...kentucky blue grass and rye mix. mulch-cypress
2. my favorite type of grass seed is Kentucky blue grass Mulch? I am doing my own out of left over tree strumbs.
3. Kentucky blue grass is wonderful. Very soft....it's the perfect grass to walk barefoot in.
